ACCESS TO THE VENUE
To enter the venue, you must show your ticket, which will be scanned for verification. You must identify yourself with your ID card if requested by the Organization.
The Organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased through official sales points. Ticket resale is not allowed. The Festival Organization assumes no responsibility in case of loss or theft of the ticket.
The ticket holder is responsible if a copy of the ticket is made.
The Organizer will deny access to the venue if any of the following circumstances occur:
a) The ticket is incomplete, amended, torn, or shows signs of forgery.
b) The holder displays violent behavior or publicly incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other social or personal condition, especially if the holder behaves aggressively or causes disturbances inside or at the entrance, carries weapons or objects that can be used as such, or wears clothes, objects, or symbols that incite violence or promote activities contrary to fundamental rights recognized by law and the Constitution.
c) The holder shows symptoms of intoxication or of consuming or having consumed drugs or narcotic substances.
The exercise of the right of admission shall not, under any circumstances, result in the denial of access based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other personal or social condition.
Upon entering the venue, the public may be subject to inspection according to the law. The entry of objects considered dangerous by the Organization or prohibited by current regulations is not allowed. The entry of any type of beverages into the venue is also prohibited.
The Organizer may deny access or expel the ticket holder from the venue in case of non-compliance with the instructions of the Organization staff, or if it can reasonably be presumed that a situation of risk or danger for the holder or other attendees might arise, or due to apparent or potential intoxication states. The holder will be personally responsible in all cases for their actions or omissions if they cause injury to third parties or damage to property.
Possession of the ticket does not grant the holder or third parties the right to use the ticket or its contents for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes (including contests, gifts, and/or raffles) associated with the ticket holder or third parties.
Failure to comply with this section will oblige the advertiser and/or unauthorized user to respond for damages caused.
These activities will be tracked on the Internet to establish the corresponding liability.
MINORS
The Organization informs that current legislation expressly prohibits the entry of minors under 18 years old to the venue.

IMAGE RIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ticket holder acknowledges that they may appear in images taken inside the venues by various media for subsequent informative or promotional dissemination and authorizes such use, which will be the responsibility of each medium.
In the case of images collected by Contemporanea Music Conciertos & Festivales, these data will be processed according to the privacy policy already defined.
All image rights and intellectual property rights are reserved. Any filming, recording, or reproduction inside the venues is prohibited without the express authorization of the Organization.
These actions may result in criminal or civil liability for damages.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The event promoter or, where appropriate, the public space manager WILL MONITOR the entire venue by video.
In this regard, it is informed that any recorded video footage may be used as evidence of illegal conduct or any damages that may be proven, both to persons and property.
The data will be automatically provided to judicial or police authorities.
The images are subject to the privacy policy already defined.
PROTECTION OF THIRD-PARTY DATA
If you provide data of an accompanying person, you are obliged to inform them and obtain their consent for the processing of their data, which is subject to our privacy policy, shown in the registration form.
QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINT FORMS
In case of doubt or inquiry, information is available on the Festival website. Interested persons may request complaint forms by email, which will also be available at the Festival venue and our registered office.
DISCLAIMER
In case of ticket refund, we are not responsible for any purchase charges made by online payment systems or banks.
OTHER CONDITIONS
The user accepts that the applicable law is Spanish law.
The language of the contract is according to the chosen language.
This document of acceptance of conditions will be filed in our computer system. For one month, you will have access to our data, so you can print it and save it in your computer system.
Contemporanea Music Conciertos & Festivales may cancel or modify any of the above conditions, in which case it will notify the attending public by email, so you should check it periodically. It will also inform through the channels it considers appropriate.
